The Small Works Estimator job itself where you will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.
As a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, you will be:
- Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £400K
- Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team
- Pricing up all Mechanical aspects of projects with a bias on the Plumbing & Pipework side of things
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Commercial, Industrial and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
You will have
To be successful as Small Works Estimator, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Small Works Mechanical Estimator, HVAC Estimator or an Intermediate Mechanical Estimator.
Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp.
Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HNC / HND in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
