Your data is used by the Macstaff recruitment business to provide a work-finding service. It is not used for any other purpose.

Your personal data is only shared where you have given express permission to do so it is not sold; distributed or leased to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Your personal data is retained for five years or until extended consent is given by you during this period.

We regularly review and, where necessary, update our privacy information.  If in the future we plan to use personal data for a new purpose, we will update our privacy information and communicate the changes to individuals before starting any new processing.

Your registration gives you the facility to view; edit and export a copy of your own data.


Erasure and/or Rectification  of your own personal data

If you believe that any information we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete an individual has the right to ask the Company to correct or erase personal data and to specify if they want personal data removed entirely or to be kept on a list of individuals who do not want to be contacted in the future.

The individual can request a restriction where information is inaccurate; unlawful; or being used for legal claims; pending verification of public interest or legitimate interest.
