The Site Manager job itself where you will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring productivity, and delivering projects within stipulated timescales. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Compiling and maintaining site-specific HSEQ documentation.
- Establishing sites to meet required standards and maintaining accurate records of work and resources.
- Communicating regularly with the Site Agent and Project Manager regarding site progress.
- Identifying and escalating scope and commercial changes onsite.
- Monitoring weekly site costs and reporting on performance.
- Promoting company policies, values, and initiatives.
You will have
To be successful as a Site Manager, you will have:
- A proven track record in safely delivering projects, alongside knowledge of Civil and Structural Projects.
- Experience in overseeing subcontractors and understanding site safety requirements.
- The ability to recognize quality standards and incorporate structural refurbishment techniques.
- A relevant construction qualification or substantial site experience, ideally with SVQ Level 4/5.
- IT proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Project, and Excel.
- SMSTS certification and a valid driving license.
- First Aid qualifications.
In addition to the essentials, if you have experience working in clean water environments or confined spaces, it would be beneficial.
