You will have

To be successful as a Senior Quantity Surveyor here, you will have:

• An HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, Chartered status with RICS.
• Proven experience working within a similar QS role, ideally within private construction or engineering sectors.
• Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contractual frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a team environment.
