You will like
The Revit Coordinator/BIM Coordinator job itself, where you will be involved in exciting projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the team. More specifically:
- Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit
- Performing clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts early
- Collaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural models
- Liaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, and Main Contractors, design professionals
There is a really strong progression route for the right person, you will be instrumental in the Consultancies’ growth supporting M&E design teams.
You will have
To be successful as Revit Coordinator/BIM Coordinator, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as a Revit Engineer, CAD Technician or Digital Engineer, with a Consulting or Contracting background.
Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
