Remediation Project Manager

Join a leading environmental remediation contractor delivering contaminated land, groundwater treatment, PFAS remediation and pollution response projects across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, Environmental Engineer or Remediation Specialist looking to take ownership of technically interesting projects whilst enjoying the flexibility of a home-based role and nationwide project portfolio.
You'll play a key role in delivering environmental remediation schemes safely, efficiently and profitably, working with clients, regulators, contractors and technical specialists to solve complex environmental challenges.
What you'll be doing
- Managing remediation and environmental improvement projects across the UK
- Coordinating contaminated land, groundwater treatment and pollution response works
- Planning and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Preparing project programmes, reports and technical documentation
- Monitoring project performance, costs and commercial outcomes
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements
- Supporting emergency spill response and environmental incidents where required
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth
What we're looking for
You may currently be working as a:
- Remediation Project Manager
- Environmental Project Manager
- Geo-Environmental Engineer
- Environmental Consultant
- Remediation Engineer
- Project Engineer
- Contaminated Land Consultant
- Site Manager
- Environmental Contracts Manager
You'll ideally have:
- Experience delivering environmental, remediation, civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Experience managing contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel nationally as projects require
