The Regional Operations Manager Facilities Management job itself where you will be responsible for providing the strategic responsibility for the operational delivery of our Facilities Management Contracts across the region, acting as a trusted mentor and a strong leader, to meet the contract deliverables whilst supporting the business growth and maintaining positive relationships with both the
team and stakeholders of the operation.
As Regional Operations Manager for the business, you will be pivotal in developing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with the client and key stakeholders. Remobilising existing contracts as well as growing the region with new clients and contracts.
The contracts are full TFM contracts being heavily weighted towards Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric services with a value of £10M+. More specifically responsibilities fall under these 5 areas:
- P&L, Contract Management and Governance:
- Customer Relationship Management & Development:
- Strategic Planning & Value Creation:
- Service Delivery Integration and Assurance:

You will have
To be successful as Regional Operations Manager Facilities Management you will have credible management of a large P&L; proven track record in the development & implementation of strategic plans, and significant experience managing customer accounts across multiple regional FM Sectors. Plus a healthy mix of:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong PC skills, MS Office; good administrative skills.
- Self-motivated and resourceful; well organised, good prioritisation and planning skills
- Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking.
- Ability to effectively navigate in a matrix organization,
- Understanding of contracts and commercial risk management;
- knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
- Strong communication skills with industry knowledge and trends.
- Ability to prioritize; interpret and manage risk.
