You will have
To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor here, you will have:
- A HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification. Ideally, Chartered status with RICS.
- Proven experience working within a similar QS role, ideally within private construction or engineering sectors.
- Good working knowledge of NEC and JCT contractual frameworks.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a team environment.
