You will have
To be successful as Quantity Surveyor, we are looking for an experienced, quantity surveyor with a healthy mix of the following:
- Ideally, MRICS qualified or equivalent
- Experienced in JCT contract formation and administration
- Experienced in valuation
- Experienced in final account negotiation
- Experienced in estimation and cost planning
- Past PQS experience extremely beneficial
- Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
- Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
- Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
