You will have
To be successful as Quantity Surveyor, we are looking for an experienced, quantity surveyor with a healthy mix of the following:
- Ideally, candidates will be MRICS qualified or equivalent
- Experienced in providing a full spectrum of PQS services
- Strong client-facing ability and communication skills
- A good track record in Consultancy on QS/Cost control
- Experience procuring sub-contractors for major projects
- Good IT skills and ability to use measurement software
- Team player – enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
