The Operations Manager job itself where you will be overseeing multiple kitchen and bathroom programs – Approx 2 million per year.
As Operations Manager your main focus will be to ensure a safe working environment for all contracts within the branch You will work closely with your Contracts Managers to establish an implement mobilisation plan for all new projects and assist them with the development of project specific.
As Operations Manager you will run programmes and establish a master resource programme for the branch and ensure the correct resources are available to allow the contracts team to deliver their projects on time, to specification and within the set budget.
You will monitor labour, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure projects are delivered to standard and not simply the lowest standard accepted by the client.
You will manage and motivate your Contracts Managers, supervisors, foreman, site staff and subcontractors.

You will have
To be successful as Operations Manager, you will have previous experience as an operations manager, managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry).
You must have Strong Leadership, Communication and teamwork Customer engagement. You will use your judgement and decision making. Employee development.
Good knowledge of the industry and a wide range of local contacts.
Full UK driving licence

As Operations Manager, you will receive salary of £50K-£55K+ Car allowance + Bonus + Benefits:
- Car allowance £5K-£6.5K
- 31 holidays including public holidays which increases with length of service.
