The MEP Commercial Manager job itself where you will be involved in a variety of exciting projects across the country and will play an instrumental part in growing and running the commercial department. More specifically, you will be:

• Negotiating contracts
• Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £8M
• Growing a team of Surveyors
• Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Putting together risk assessments
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, you will be working closely with one of the Directors of the business and be given every opportunity to learn from them as they look to handover more and more.

You will have

To be successful as MEP Commercial Manager, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or MEP Commercial Manager.

Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.
