The Mechanical Project Manager job itself where you will be overseeing the installation of mechanical services by sub contractors. This will include all HVAC systems, new mains pipework, pressurisation systems, control valves, cooling pipework, hydraulics and drainage. Your role will require you to be working on projects ranging in value from £800K to £5 Million across a number of different sectors. You will be involved in client meetings, tender adjudications, tender submittal, post tender review and assisting colleagues with technical enquiries.

To be successful as Mechanical Project Manager you need to have excellent client liaison skills and a keen eye for detail. Someone with commercial and industrial experience, with a demonstratable history of working within the Mechanical Building Services sector. Someone who is used to working on multiple projects at the same time with values ranging from £3 Million upwards,
