The M&E Quantity Surveyor M&E QS job itself where you will play an instrumental part in managing their Commercial team. More specifically:
- Negotiating contracts
- Managing the financials of projects up to the value of £5M
- Building and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Putting together risk assessments

You will have
To be successful as M&E Quantity Surveyor M&E QS you will be currently working within the Building Services Sector as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, Mechanical Quantity Surveyor or Electrical Quantity Surveyor.
Also, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND, BSc, or MSc in Quantity Surveying or MEP Commercial Management.
