The M&E Asset Surveyor job itself where you will be conducting condition surveys on Healthcare and Education facilities across the UK. This is a permanent position, and will involve National travel. You will be looking at the condition of the M&E Assets within Healthcare and (largely) Primary Schools across local authorities within the UK. You will be required to put a written report together, including photos.
You will have
To be successful as M&E Asset Surveyor the ideal candidate needs to have experience of working within the Healthcare and Education sector, with a demonstratable track record and experience of conduction M&E Condition surveys. This role would suit someone who is happy to travel or lodge to the various sites.
