You will have
To be successful as Logistics Planner/Project Manager here, you will have a healthy mix of the following:
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics project management, process improvement, or supply chain operations
- However, the focus is on: Potential vs extensive experience, learning agility and ambition vs senior management experience and those seeking career progression
- Strong knowledge of process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, process mapping, value stream analysis)
- Experience with audits (ISO/BSI) and familiarity with SAP EWM is advantageous
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a small, close-knit team
- A detail-oriented approach, focused on delivering actionable solutions
