The Estimator / Quantity Surveyor role itself where you will join our client’s team and you will be working with a diverse regional portfolio of private and public sector clients bidding, winning and delivering a broad range of refurbishment, new build and restoration projects ranging in value from £10k to £2m.
You will have
To be successful as Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, you will have experience in a similar role, a proven track record and up to date knowledge of current estimating and tendering within the construction industry. You must be able to deal with tenders from the preparation of the estimate, carry out interim applications and the settlement of the final account.
- 5 years’ experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
- It would be advantageous to have experience within the public sector, knowledge of schedule of rates and the ability to add value to each tender submission.
- Professional qualifications and institute membership would be desirable.
- Full driving licence required
