You will like
The Mechanical Estimator/M&E Estimator job itself where you will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up mechanical and/or electrical aspects of projects according to your skillset.
Mechanical: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.
More specifically:
- Working closely with the Director in a close-knit estimating team
- Assisting with the estimation, pricing and design of projects up to the value of £5M
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to ensure constant development
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
You will have
To be successful as a Mechanical Estimator, you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Estimator.
Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp, Amtech or Relux.
Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
