The Electrical Supervisor job itself, where you will be providing technical support to the electricians, overseeing EICR and domestic maintenance contracts. More specifically:
- Supervise electrical teams, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Resolve any arising technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Deliver action plans, to ensure timely work completion, at site where allocated resources have been unable to provide corrective repair

To be successful as an Electrical Supervisor you will have the following qualifications:
2391 test and inspect, NVQ 3/ JIB Gold card, 18th edition
Plus, a healthy mix of the following:
- Proven experience in electrical testing programs within a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- The ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Capability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on meeting client needs.
- Resilience and attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals
