The Electrical Contracts Manager itself where you will be responsible for a wide variety of projects managing the Electrical aspects of projects including systems such as: Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security and Access Control. More specifically:
- Managing projects with a value of up to £5M- all Electrical aspects of projects including systems such as: Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security and Access Control.
- Working with a close-knit projects team
- Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Fully involved in client meetings, organising sub-contractors
- Offered opportunities to progress and grow
You will have
To be successful as Electrical Contracts Manager here, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as an Electrical Project Manager, Electrical Contracts Manager, Electrical Site Manager or M&E Manager. Plus a healthy mix of the following:
- Managing projects with a value of up to £5M
- HND/HNC/Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in the design and construction of M&E/HVAC
- Strong understanding of lighting & power principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
