You will have

To be succesful as Mechanical Services Design Manager here, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

• Proven experience in mechanical services design management within a design & build environment
• A strong background in large-scale residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, central plant, low-carbon solutions, and energy strategies
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and external consultants
• Understanding of buildability, procurement routes, and contractor-led design processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
