The Data & Operations Analyst job itself where you will support the operations team and market research department with data analysis, template development and formatting requirements to maximise the effective use of data and its commercial value and ensure the standard quality of reporting
More specifically:
• Design, build and maintain templates for projects and reporting systems • Support construction and maintenance of projects database • Produce Excel charts and graphs for projects and presentations as required • Undertake quality assurance of project reports and presentations • Analysis of data, supporting data modelling requirements • Supporting data requirements of the department, producing ad hoc reports sourced from existing database or other data sources • Support the smooth running of data collection services • Assist with operational and administrative aspects of projects • Update regular internal reporting requirements • Ad hoc desk research to support projects team
This role’s working pattern is 37 hours per week, Mon – Thursday 8.30 am-5 pm and on Friday 8.30 am-4.30 pm
You will have
To be successful as Data & Operations Analyst you will have a healthy mix of the following:
• Highly numerate • Skilled user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Accuracy and attention to detail • Good organisational skills • The ability to work to budgets and deadlines • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Flexible and good at multi-tasking • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team • High standard of written and spoken English
