You will like

The Business Development Manager - BDM, where you will research, seek out and sign-up new customers.  More specifically:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media 
  • Set up meetings with potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in order to maximise sales potential
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data and report back in the regular periodic sales meetings
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team to achieve better results
  • Work with other business stakeholders
  • Support and develop relationships with existing and new customers

You will have

To be successful as Business Development Manager - BDM, you will have experience selling Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems.  Plus a healthy mix of the following:

  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication skills
  • Good time management & time keeping
  • Good organisational skills
  • Tenacious and hard Working
  • Friendly and team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • You will have a thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements for the industry
