The BMS Systems Manager job itself where you will be responsible for the overall management of the BMS system and Building Controls. You will ensure any design, specification, site supervision and financial cost control for any works carried on the BMS and Building Controls, (major or minor works) meet with the requirements of the client and are within financial constraints. Additionally, this role includes direct management of internal BMS and Control Staff and external contractors.
You will have
To be successful as BMS Systems Manager you must have experience of working with BMS Systems with ideally with knowledge of Schneider or Satchwell systems. The system currently in use comprises of 3 IT services hosted BMS Servers, 12+ BMS Dedicated computers, 3 BMS tablets, 40 Web based interfaces, 370 master controllers, 280 sub-controllers and 23000 field devices, and so you must be competent with using such large systems.
