You will have
To be successful as BIM Coordinator/Revit Coordinator here, you will have a healthy mix of the following:
- Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Coordinator, or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks
- Experience with large residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects
- Understanding of D&B workflows, buildability, and construction sequencing
- Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and data exchange platforms such as ACC or BIM 360
- Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative working environment
- Relevant qualification in Building Services, BIM, or a construction-related discipline (desirable but not essential)
