You will have

To be successful as BIM Coordinator/Revit Coordinator here, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician, BIM Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Experience with large residential, student accommodation, or hotel projects
• Understanding of D&B workflows, buildability, and construction sequencing
• Familiarity with BIM Level 2 standards and data exchange platforms such as ACC or BIM 360
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative working environment
• Relevant qualification in Building Services, BIM, or a construction-related discipline (desirable but not essential)
