More specifically: Our client carry out extensions, replacement dwellings, conversions, listed buildings, farms and farmsteads, mostly in the domestic sector but a few projects in the retail or commercial area which tap into their knowledge of the local vernacular. They also work on contemporary projects, and the ideal candidate would have an ability with both, but not essential.
You will have
Our client is looking for a confident Architect, with the necessary skills to work across all RIBA Stages (0-7) on new build and existing schemes.
The ideal candidate will be competent with hand drawing and presentation, but with all the usual CAD and computer skills needed to run a project.

As Architect you will enjoy a competitive salary, likely £30K-£40K+neg + generous package TBD
