The Mechanical Estimator Building Services job itself where you will be:
- Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £6M
- Working with a close-knit Estimating team
- Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
- Working on highly respected projects across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development

You will have
To be successful as Mechanical Estimator Building Services, you will have a track record of success within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
