The Mechanical Design Engineer, Building Services job itself where you will be responsible for the detailed design and coordination of mechanical solutions including Heating, ventilation & air-conditioning systems (HVAC), Domestic water systems, Gas systems, Above ground drainage systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for a range of projects from varying market sectors, with services being provided from inception/feasibility to detailed co-ordinated construction working design. Project types include:
• CAT A & B office fit outs
• BREEAM
• SKA Rating
• LEED
• WELL Building Standard
You will have
To be successful as Mechanical Design Engineer, Building Services the company are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are at an Intermediate to Senior level within their current role. Ideally, you will have a desire to work towards full Chartered status with support from existing qualified staff. You should be familiar with CAD and you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus enthusiasm and ambition.
