The Mechanical Design Engineer job itself where you will be responsible for the full detailed design & co-ordination of Mechanical Services Projects and Tenders, covering all aspects plumbing, heating, chilled water, above ground drainage, ventilation, air-conditioning, gas & domestic water services. Areas of work covered range from warehouse & office fit-out, schools & colleges, hotel & leisure and hospitals. You will be responsible for setting up the CAD drawings, design programmes (Hevacomp Etc) from scratch, producing detailed designs, CP’s, Tech-Subs etc from concept to completion, liaising with the estimating & contracts engineers
You will have
To be successful as Mechanical Design Engineer you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Building Services and an excellent knowledge of Building Regulations.
Somebody with knowledge of Hevacomp, Auto-Cad etc and a minimum qualification of HNC in Building Services will be a particularly strong asset to this company.
