They are now looking at adding to their team by recruiting for an M&E Site Manager Building Services.
You will like
The M&E Site Manager Building Services job itself where you will be the site presence for the company on a project within The Midlands, where you will be required to develop and maintain relationships with all professional bodies on site. You will ensure that the programming and cost control of projects run to timescales and budgets, estimate and procure materials, and be involved in the progress and technical meetings. You will ensure all site documentation and files is fully up to date and be heavily involved in the management of site teams and sub-contractors. Finally, Health & Safety will be a key part of your role to ensure that site standards are adhered to at all times.
You will have
To be successful as M&E Site Manager Building Services, you must come from a Building Services (Mechanical & Electrical) background and have prior experience in working within a similar position. Furthermore, you must have a good track record having ideally worked for an M&E Contractor in the past. This role is initially a 3-month project, with the view to it extending as the project continues.
You will get
£250-300 per day + Expenses
