The Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Engineer job, for the Bristol & South West region, which is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Technician / Building Services Engineer / Facilities Engineer that is experienced in plumbing, electrical maintenance and joinery.
You will be joining an expanding Facilities Management company that works with well-known brands across the UK. Due to new contract wins, they are looking for several maintenance technicians to join them on a permanent basis. This role would cover a big-name restaurant chain for the South West region of a national contract. More specifically:
- General facilities/building maintenance
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance
- Handyperson duties
- Covering regional area (travelling to different sites.)
- Providing excellent customer service when on site.
You will have
To be successful as a Maintenance Technician/Maintenance Engineer you will be an experienced maintenance professional from the commercial/retail buildings sector.
- Must have a full UK driving licence and willing to cover a regional area.
- Must have experience in a similar facilities/maintenance role.
- Must be confident of passing an enhanced DBS Criminal Record Check and provide references.
- Willing to be a part of a call out rota (1 week in 6.)
- 17th/18th edition (if 17th willing to self-fund to 18th)
