The Logistics Support Engineer job itself where you will be responsible for Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), production of the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR) and to make recommendations to enhance the supportability of products. More specifically:
- Produce LSAR data sets via product research and structured analysis
- Populate LSAR using appropriate software packages ensuring compliance
- Understand customer requirements and end-users maintenance
- Provide the design team with feedback for improvement in product support
- Work with Reliability Engineers to produce an all-inclusive LSAR database
- Liaise with Technical Publications to provide validation of core data

You will have
To be successful as Logistics Support Engineer you will have a good mix of the following:
- General experience with the design of electrical & mechanical equipment
- Thorough grounding in the production and documentation of a LSAR
- Sound fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering
- Excellent problem-solving/investigative skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP and specialist LSAR software
- Well-developed planning and organisation skills
- Strong numerical and verbal skills – data manipulation
