The Junior Mechanical Building Services Estimator job itself where you will be:
- Assisting with the estimation and pricing of projects up to the value of £4M
- Working closely with a Senior Estimator in a close-knit Estimating team
- Helping to price up all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
- Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
- Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.
You will have
To be successful as Junior Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will have experience working within the Building Services Sector as a Plumbing/Pipework Engineer, MEP Engineer Junior Mechanical Estimator or Junior Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
