The Events Delivery Executive job itself where you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all digital (virtual) and non-digital (physical) events are planned, coordinated, and delivered according to agreed requirements, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
More specifically:
• Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of planned digital and non-digital events and enabling their seamless delivery year-round. • Project planning of events under the supervision of Marketing Officer/Manager - Progressing events from conceptualisation to the implementation phase - Converting concept of an event into a measurable and achievable plan - Ensuring successful execution of the plan. • Liaising with originators and contributors of the events, to ensure that the event brief is captured accurately, the proposed plan is agreed and thereafter agreed plan for the events is delivered. • Coordinating communication and actions with multiple internal and external stakeholders leading to the delivery of the planned events along with the agreed requirements, schedule, and objectives. • Taking responsibility for all administrative work and logistics related to the successful delivery of the events (including exhibitions) by way of sourcing venues for events and assisting relevant stakeholders with agreeing to terms and conditions of business, liaising with venues owners, catering providers, digital platform operators, etc. • Assist marketing team with digital contents for events updates on various social media platforms. • Managing participants signing up process, ensuring the venues/platform capabilities are respected. • Managing the digital platform content for the delivery of digital events. • Ensuring that events’ follow up activities are undertaken along with the agreed plan, schedule, and objectives. • Creating and maintaining records related to the delivery and follow up of the events. • Supporting continuous improvement of events by contributing to post-event analysis of KPIs and assisting with measuring the success/evaluation of events in conjunction with the Marketing Officer/Manager. • Execute the invoicing process when relevant.
This role’s working pattern is 37 hours per week, Mon – Thursday 8.30am-5pm and on Friday 8.30am-4.30pm This is an office-based role with elements of travelling.
