Working within the much-loved didi rugby brand in an entrepreneurial growth phase. We are making a name for ourselves for improving activity levels and skills of young people, whilst also developing self-confidence and self-esteem through the tool of rugby!
You will work directly with Dale Hoffman, The Franchise owner for Suffolk, Dale is an experienced level 2 rugby coach, has played in or managed teams in numerous sports and is qualified and experienced in procurement and supply chain management and health and safety.
Dale works directly with Vicky Macqueen who is the driving force behind didi rugby. She has 34 caps for England, is a level 4 rugby coach, a sky sports rugby pundit, a mum to two young boys, has a GCE teaching qualification and recently was awarded a British Empire Medal BEM for services to sport/charity. All her experience and expertise has combined into a rugby program that is exciting and dynamic.

The Sports Coach opportunity itself which will be challenging, enjoyable, meaningful and suit your own healthy lifestyle and schedule. You will ensure that didi sports kids have lots of fun and play a key role in coaching and promoting respect, teamwork, sportsmanship & most importantly enjoyment. You will also be developing technical skills such as core skills, balance, coordination & agility.
Opportunities exist for Lead Sports Coaches, weekend work initially but growing to work in school hours, after school club, at local clubs and events. Full training, all equipment and support provided. This will look great on your CV as didi rugby is endorsed by a number of top-level athletes.
You will have
To be successful as a didi rugby Sports Coach, a recognised coaching or leadership certificate or qualification related to sport or child development suitable to the level of the post you are applying to. However, we hire people based on attitude and crucially you will show self-motivation, enthusiasm and a passion for developing children. Basic numeracy, literacy, IT and administration skills are also required for the minimum but necessary paperwork.

As a didi rugby Sports Coach you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate, likely £12PH+ for Lead Coach, location dependent.
Part time – self employed
DBS and basic first aid provided and paid for after an initial 6-week trial period.
