The Business Analyst job itself where you will lay a key role in strategy and operations. More specifically:
- Support in strategy development and implementation with business partners within the sales, brand, supply chain, HR and finance team in the global transformation program
- Supporting the designing of new business models. processes and organizational and ways of working in own and operated retail as well as in wholesale sales channels
- Planning, forecasting, and reporting for wholesale and retail business, including revenues, costs, profitability, ROI, divestment and growth investments
- Analysis and business decision support to senior management and functional department heads
- Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial and operational metrics directly to near and long term business improvement
- Influencing and building a sustainable organization:
- Project management of individual work-streams collaboratively and aligned with cross-functional teams in the headquarter and regions
- Support to cross-functional teams in project evaluation, selection, and performance monitoring
You will have
To be successful as the Business Analyst you will meet the following requirements:
- Professional experience in business controlling or analysis at a minimum, preferably in retail in an international environment.
- Proven experience of delivering positive change in ways of working, either through transformation projects or through day-to-day frontline operational experience
- Experience with cross-functional teams, project management and leading others to accomplish difficult goals
- Exposure to sales and business upper management and a commercial focus
