The BIM Technician job itself where you will be reporting to a BIM Manager and be assisting in the development and implementation of all BIM processes and procedures. This will include: Evaluating (Risk Identification) and commenting on BIM Execution, Developing company BIM Standards, Template Development, Managing BIM supply chain database, Managing Content creation, Monitoring project common data environments, BIM Software training, BIM representation and presenting at meeting for the business, Internal BIM Project Audits and creation & implementation of BIM Steering groups.
You will have
To be successful as BIM Technician, you must have previous experience of working within a BIM-related role at a junior/ intermediate level. You must be able to communicate in a confident and professional manner and be able to work as part of a team. No Building Services experience is required. Just a good solid working knowledge of BIM
