The Associate Mechanical Engineer Building Services job itself where you will be working alongside an electrical Counterpart who is a Director of the business. You will be the Mechanical Lead on all projects, and the goal for this role is for it to develop into a mentoring role through bringing in more junior engineers and helping them develop their skills and career. Initially, however, this is a ‘hands-on’ role, where you will be in charge of tasks such as: Calculating heat loss/gains, calculating U Values, Ventilation system design, heating/chilled water system design and delivering BREEAM rates projects.
You will have
To be successful as Chartered Mechanical Building Services Engineer, as this company work across a number of different sectors, if you have experience of working in different projects this will be advantageous. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has a good level of Mechanical Building Services experience, working on projects ranging in value from £1-10 Million. Also, someone who has worked in a mentoring role would be advantageous, and someone who has experience of using AutoCAD and/or REVIT MEP and/or Navisworks.

As Associate Mechanical Engineer Building Services you will command, £50-60K, plus profit related bonus
